I attended Craig’s last 2 seminars and I am looking forward to attending this one. I am hopeing to bring my Mother-in-law because she is thinking of changing her current estate plan. Knowledge is power and it helps us to make more informed decisions and then if you have someone like Craig to clarify things for you and make recommendations than you can truely protect yourself and your family in the future.

Craig,

There is nothing worse than finding out that you trusted a “Trust” that failed to do what it was designed to do, and now your faced with the problems you thought you had eliminated. Could you comment on how trusts incorrectly structured can cause more problems?

I will put this on my calender. I know or i should say i think i know about them. I learned from my farther in law how important it is to protect yourself. he was a wise man and planned with an elder law lawyer and i must say Craig you do a great work with this type of law . if my father in law did not protect himself “UNCLE SAM ” would have stepped right in.

I attended Craig’s last seminar and it was filled with wonderful information. This is a free “don’t miss” opportunity to learn about trusts. Remember a trust has no value if it isn’t properly structured. Don’t find out that your trust isn’t going to hold up, when it’s too late.

This is a great “free seminar”. I will be sure to take advantage of this. I have to admit that I’m clueless on trusts. Even though I have one set up for my children. It’s never to late to learn.
